At Forza Academy, we were solely focused on functional movements to make our members a force to be reckoned with.  That led us to choose the amazing team over at We Prefer The Hate, who share a similar mentality, namely "that the more haters you have, the better you’re doing. Surrounded by whispers and doubt, they quickly established the acronym as a constant reminder of their desire to prove anyone wrong who said the community that would eventually be established, couldn’t.

Embracing negativity quickly became needing it. Accepting skepticism quickly became wanting it. Enjoying the hate quickly became preferring it. Everyone who said it wouldn’t happen,
